Results from the Paschal Invitation Cross Country Meet

Your Running Roos competed in the Paschal Invitational on Saturday Morning. The varsity boys started the morning off with a 6th place finish out of 25 teams. Braxton Boyer and Riley Starling led the mob to a quality finish. The girls varsity ran a skeleton crew that allowed freshmen Remi Boone and Nayelli Ordonez to shine! Remi placed 2nd out of 140 runners with a time of 19:12 and Nayelli was our 2nd Lady Roo to cross the line. The boys JV placed 2nd out of 15 teams with Tony Gorman, Tug Scott, Erick Ibarra, and Tate Nobis all bringing home medals. Quite a feat since there were almost 200 runners in the race. The Roos finished off the morning with Stella Adams placing 3rd in the girls JV race with a time of 22:48.
We will be back in action next Saturday morning at Burleson Centennial attacking the infamous “Green Monster!”
