The Weatherford Cheer Team Won the 6A-D2 State Cheer Title Saturday night. This is the second state title in Weatherford High School history along with the 2000 Softball team. The Cheer team has finished in the top 5 for the past six years. Weatherford won the competition by over two points. In the cheer word that is a landslide. The cheer team was led by their captains Lauren Schweiss, Mallory Marshall, and Emma Brown. The State Meet was at the Tarrant County Convention Center. Go Roos!
