MOORE SETS THE SAVES RECORD IN WIN OVER ARLINGTON HEIGHTS

The Kangaroo Baseball team traveled to Arlington Heights Saturday for a Non-District game. The Roos had 4 pitchers combine to throw a no hitter and pick up a 3-1 win. Kyle Sauvage started and picked up the win pitching 3 Innings with 2 K’s, Colton McClure pitched 2 Innings with 3 K’s, Joshua Goree pitched 1 inning with 1 K, and Grady Moore came on to pitch the 7th inning and pick up the save. Congratulations to Grady Moore as he broke the Single Season record for Saves picking up he 6th save of the year. The Roos were led by Hector Flores, Ryan Whisenhunt, Drew Ortiz, and Kannon Kemp at the plate with 1 hit each. Kemp, Flores, and McClure all drove runs in the game. The win brings the overall record to 21-5 on the season. The next game will be Senior Night vs Chisholm Trail this Tuesday.
