The Kangaroo Baseball team traveled to Boswell High School Tuesday night to take on the 1st Place Pioneers. Dayton Tockey was dominating on the mound picking up his 3rd win on the mound. Tockey went all 7 innings allowing 1 run on 3 hits and striking out 7. Tockey also contributed at the plate going 2 for 3 with a single and a triple and an RBI. Kannon Kemp added a double and scored 2 runs. Jake Williams, Omar Juarez, Trent Rogers, and Ty Sansom also had hits in the contest. The win brings the Roos into a tie for 1st with Boswell. The Roos overall record is now 15-4 and 6-1 in district. The 2nd game of the series will be Friday night at 7:00 PM. We will be recognizing the 1982 State Runner-up team before the game. Please come out and support Friday night.
