The Kangaroo Baseball team traveled to Haltom Tuesday night came away with a 9-2 win on a cold windy night. The Roos got a great performance on the mound from Dayton Tockey. Tockey picked up the win pitching 5 2/3 innings allowing no runs on 2 hits while striking out 11 Buffalos. Grady Moore came on the pitch the final 1 1/3 innings to earn the save. Colton McClure and Trent Rogers both had two hits to lead the offense. McClure, Jake Williams, and Tockey each scored a couple runs. Rogers drove in 4 runs and Trace Holcomb drove in 2. The win brings the Roos record to 11-4 and 2-1 in district. Next game will be at home Friday Night at 7:00 PM for Teacher Appreciation Night.
