The Lady Roos hosted Haltom in district play Tuesday night, coming away with an 11-3 victory to push their record to 18-0-1 overall and 7-0 in district. Morgan Skold led the team with 3 hits including a double and 1 RBI, and Hannah Reed and Landry Fonseca each had 2 hits including a double. Kaylee Embrey and Peyton Contreras rounded out the hitting with one hit apiece, and 7 different Lady Roos scored in the game. Lauren Belles picked up the win in the circle, striking out 12 in the complete game victory. The Lady Roos will begin the 2nd half of district with a home game vs North Crowley on Thursday night at 6 pm.
