The Lady Roo softball team remained undefeated with a thrilling 7-6 walk off win vs the also previously unbeaten Granbury Lady Pirates. The Lady Roos overcame deficits of 3-0 and 6-2, scoring 2 in the 4th, 3 in the 5th, 1 in the 6th, and the game winner in the bottom of the 7th when Hannah Reed drove a line drive to the right field fence to score Morgan Skold for the victory. Reed led the Lady Roos with 3 hits, 1 run, and 1 RBI, Bella Garcia hit a towering 3 run HR, Skold added 2 hits and 2 runs, and Addie Tidwell contributed 1 hit, 1 RBI, and scored a run. Grace Thompson and Kaylee Embry completed the scoring with 1 run each. Lauren Belles pitched the complete game for her 4th win of the year. The Lady Roos will next play in the Granbury Invitational this upcoming weekend.
